One-time sorting actions

We respond to internal, external and supplier non-conformities where it is necessary to quickly separate conforming and non-conforming parts and limit the impact on production and the customer.

We ensure:

In-process inspections

We carry out inspections directly in the production process – both inter-operational and final. We deploy them where quality needs to be stabilised, subsequent operations protected or output prepared for the customer.

We ensure:

  • definition of inspection scope based on risks and customer requirements,
  • deployment of qualified inspectors directly on the line,
  • control plans, work instructions and team training,
  • ongoing reporting – evaluation of non-conformities, trends and process stability.

Incoming inspection

We take over incoming inspection of materials and parts from suppliers. We help protect production from non-conforming inputs and manage claims towards suppliers.

  • setting up control plans and acceptance criteria,
  • inspection of deliveries according to specifications or risk points,
  • documentation of non-conformities and preparation of claim materials,
  • option to take over the complete claims process with suppliers.
